1031 Exchange in a Buyer’s Market

We are working with a buyer who has $1,000,000 cash and is looking to purchase in Anaheim, Buena Park, Westminster or Huntington Beach. (She currently owns multifamily in these cities). She is looking for 65 to 75% LTV on units no older than 1965, with a mix of one and two bedroom units. She will consider a property with a high percentage of one-bedrooms.
